The Super Bowl: Or the Greatest Day of the Year

Really the Super Bowl beats most, if not all, national holidays. This is several amazing ones rolled into a day that features excuses to eat way to much food, hang out with friends, drink, watch a game that in recent years has actually be entertaining and exciting, and view the commercials. You honestly don’t even have to enjoy sports to experience the Super Bowl, and yet if you are a die hard football fan this is Christmas. That’s not even taking into account other things, such as the typically outlandish half time show (which varies from amazing to crap) and the pregame coverage, which despite being heavily excessive still remains fairly watchable. I just cannot wait, and then I will be counting the days until the next Super Bowl. Not to mention waiting for the next football season to start. Ah, sports.
